Theft of Intellectual Property

It was recently brought to my attention that intellectual property in the way of information and/or photographs may have been lifted from this blog and sold online without seeking prior permission. The contents of this blog, articles, poetry, photographs etc are the intellectual property the Central States Lawman and Outlaws Historic Assn.  Additionally, the CSL&OHA has been given permission to post photos and write articles, and the lions share of photos here fall under that category. Intellectual property refers to the legal rights that someone has to their creations, inventions, or brands.ie. For which is held, intellectual property rights. In the United States, IP law is generally divided into three main categories:
Copyrights
Patents
Trademark

NO PART OF THIS BLOG MAY BE REPRODUCED OR USED FOR MONETARY GAIN WITHOUT THE EXPRESS PERMISSION OF THE CENTRAL STATES LAWMAN AND OUTLAWS HISTORIC ASSN.
